about Bidmatic
Bidmatic is a publisher-focused advertising and monetization platform designed to help websites, apps, and media platforms optimize digital advertising revenue. The platform provides tools for header bidding, ad inventory management, video monetization, reporting, and AI-driven ad optimization for publishers and advertisers.

the challenge
When I started working with Bidmatic, the product already existed and had its own visual identity, but at that stage it was still relatively small and mostly centered around a landing page website.
As the platform rapidly expanded, new products, services, and communication channels appeared alongside it. The website evolved into a much larger ecosystem with interactive experiences, complex animations, advertising format galleries, and a growing number of digital and offline materials.
The main challenge was to scale the visual system together with the product while maintaining consistency, recognizability, and a clear brand identity across all platforms and campaigns.

what was done
Over the years, the project’s visual identity and design system were significantly expanded and refined.
The website evolved from a simple landing page into a large-scale marketing and sales platform with interactive elements, custom animations, and extensive product presentation pages.
In addition to the web experience, a wide range of offline materials and campaigns were developed, including exhibition stands, merchandise, printed materials, and event visuals.
The UI kit was continuously expanded into a scalable and structured design system capable of supporting the product’s long-term growth and increasing complexity.
